How PropertyStellar publishes accountable property research

This policy explains the standard for new and materially updated PropertyStellar research. It also makes clear where data, estimates, automation, and commercial context can affect what a reader sees.

Publisher accountabilityLast reviewed 14 September 2026

Scope and responsibility

PropertyStellar publishes Dubai community, building, school, transaction, rental, mortgage and off-plan research for screening and planning. PropertyStellar is responsible for content carrying its organizational byline, including material prepared with software or AI assistance.

Our content is general information, not a valuation, availability confirmation, financial promotion, or legal, tax, mortgage, brokerage or investment advice. A reader should verify decisive facts with the relevant authority and qualified professionals before committing money.

Evidence and claim standards

  • Time-sensitive rules, fees and regulatory claims should link to an official source and carry a clear checked or updated date.
  • Recorded transactions, asking-price listings and modelled estimates are different evidence classes and should not be presented as interchangeable.
  • Market figures should state their geography, period, unit and important sample limitations where those details are available.
  • Forecasts, scores, yield scenarios and comparisons are labelled as estimates or planning inputs; they are not guarantees.
  • Unsupported metrics should be omitted or marked unavailable, not filled with invented values.

We prefer primary sources such as the Dubai Land Department and UAE government services for rules and public records. Developer, broker, listing and secondary sources can add context, but do not replace official confirmation where one exists.

Authorship and review

“PropertyStellar Editorial Team” is an organizational byline. It identifies PropertyStellar as the accountable publisher; it does not imply that a named licensed broker, valuer, lawyer or financial adviser reviewed the article.

We publish a named person as author or reviewer only after their identity, role, public profile and responsibility for that specific content are recorded. Until then, article schema and visible bylines use the organizational profile rather than turning an imported CMS username into a person.

Older archive articles may predate this policy. Their organizational attribution is being normalized progressively, and a current modified date is used only when the page has actually been changed.

AI and automation disclosure

Software and AI may assist with research organization, data processing, drafting, formatting, internal linking, translation checks and quality assurance. Those tools are not treated as authorities and do not receive an author byline.

Automated output must not be used to fabricate a source, statistic, quote, transaction, credential, review or first-hand experience. High-impact facts should be checked against the cited source or underlying dataset before publication or a substantive update.

Commercial independence

A listing, project or developer appearing on PropertyStellar does not by itself mean that it is recommended, available, correctly priced, permitted for a particular use, or suitable for a reader. Paid, sponsored, referral or other commercial relationships should be disclosed where they can affect how content is selected or presented.

Editorial explanations and rankings must not claim independence from a commercial party if that relationship has influenced the result. Readers can ask about the source or commercial status of a page through our contact form.

Updates and corrections

Markets, regulations, project status and listing data can change after publication. We prioritize corrections that could materially affect a reader’s decision and preserve the original publication date when an article is updated.

See the corrections policy for the information to send and how a material correction is recorded.
