I’m a current tenant at Al Khalifa Bldg. (the one in the middle on the picture), and unfortunately, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with the security guard at the entrance. Most recently, I was simply whistling while leaving the building in the morning — nothing loud or inappropriate — and the guard shouted at me in an aggressive tone. When I asked why, he responded rudely and began arguing instead of explaining calmly. This wasn’t an isolated incident. Several other tenants I’ve spoken to have shared similar complaints about his disrespectful and arrogant attitude. Security personnel are supposed to create a safe and welcoming environment, not make residents feel uncomfortable. I hope the building management takes this seriously and looks into better training — or staff replacement — for the sake of everyone living here.
