A.R.M. Holding has unveiled The Park Dubai, a visionary five-square-kilometre masterplan at Jebel Ali Racecourse, blending heritage, sustainability and human-centric design to shape the future of urban life in Dubai.

The Park Dubai will rise on the historic Jebel Ali Racecourse, transforming it into a vibrant, walkable city landscape
Designed in partnership with Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), the project integrates heritage, innovation and people-first planning
The masterplan aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, supporting greener, inclusive and human-scale communities
Residents will enjoy a five-to-ten-minute city, with homes, workplaces, education, healthcare, retail and green spaces within easy reach
A 1.5 sq km central park anchors the development, creating one of Dubai’s largest urban green spaces
The project targets 100% accessibility for people of determination and universal design across all neighbourhoods
Walkable areas are designed to achieve up to a 5°C temperature reduction through shading, microclimates and native landscaping
Sustainability is embedded through passive cooling, energy-efficient design, solar integration and biodiversity-led planning
Equestrian heritage remains central, with riding trails, cultural venues and public events celebrating the racecourse legacy
