Dutco and Sweid & Sweid, two leading Dubai-based companies, have announced the launch of Terralogix — the emirate’s largest privately owned logistics park. Spanning 3.3 million square feet in Warsan, Northern Dubai, this modular, scalable development is designed to strengthen the city’s supply chain infrastructure and support the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. Phase One is underway, with completion expected in Q3 2026.
