St. Regis Residences will bring around 250 ultra-luxury homes to Dubai Islands, combining world-class hospitality with private beaches, resort-style pools, and wellness amenities. Stirling Hospitality Advisors partners with Anew Development to oversee feasibility, operator selection, and pre-development.
