New 190-Unit Residential Development Approved for Kalba, Sharjah

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi has approved a new 190-plot residential project in the Al Dahiyat suburb of Kalba, Sharjah. The development will include a main park, mosque, and community infrastructure, with 54 units to be constructed in Phase 1.
