Seven Tides appoints Dutco as main contractor for $272m JLT golf project

Seven Tides has named Dutco Construction as the main contractor for its AED1 billion Golf Views Seven City development in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, strengthening momentum on one of JLT’s largest mixed-use projects.

Located in Cluster Z, JLT, opposite Emirates and Montgomery golf courses
Total built-up area of up to 3.5 million sq ft
2,697 units across 39 floors, including 2,621 residential apartments

150,000 sq ft of retail and dining space integrated into the project
