With enabling works completed and a nearly AED1 billion main contract awarded to Al Basti & Muktha LLC (ABM), the ultra-luxury waterfront development is set to be delivered within 34 months. The groundbreaking marks a major milestone for Sankari and IHG’s Regent brand, blending world-class craftsmanship, serene luxury, and iconic architectural excellence.
