Dubai’s Samana Developers, in collaboration with Elie Saab, is launching a luxurious $600 million resort in the Maldives aimed at ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The SAMANA Ocean Views will feature beachfront villas, over-water bungalows, and poolside apartments, with prices starting from $2.3 million.
