Majid Al Futtaim has selected United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC) as the main contractor for its landmark Plagette 32 and Amara residential projects in Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai, with a contract valued at AED736 million, marking a key step in its commitment to luxury, design-led community development.
