Chelsea and DAMAC Unveil Branded Residential Towers in Dubai Maritime City

Damac Properties has partnered with English football club Chelsea F.C. to launch Chelsea Residences — a six-tower luxury residential project in Dubai Maritime City, offering over 1,400 units with waterfront views and exclusive branding.

Damac Properties has officially launched Chelsea Residences, a luxury residential development in Dubai Maritime City, in collaboration with Chelsea F.C.
The project features six towers, each 130 metres high, comprising more than 1,400 residential units.
Located on one of the last premium waterfront plots, it offers panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.
The towers will feature Chelsea F.C. branding, including club badges and themed design elements, offering fans a unique lifestyle experience.
The launch event in Dubai was attended by Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of Damac, and Todd Kline, President of Commercial at Chelsea F.C.
This marks the first branded residential collaboration between Damac and Chelsea F.C. in the Middle East region.
