Buddha-Bar is set to debut its first branded hotel and floating homes in the Middle East on Dubai’s World Islands, marking a monumental step in the archipelago’s luxury transformation. The AED3 billion landmark development will introduce a world-class lifestyle destination featuring a 162-key Buddha-Bar Hotel, 24 floating residences, and a signature Buddha-Bar Beach club, with completion expected in 2027.
Developed by Buddha-Bar Real Estate Development and managed exclusively by Yieldhaüs, the project blends immersive hospitality, sophisticated design, and unique island living. Floating residences will span nearly 4,000 sq. ft. across three levels and accommodate up to eight guests, boasting rooftop terraces with jacuzzis, underwater bedrooms with coral garden views, and sea-level lounges.
