Ardee Breaks Ground on $545m Fairmont Al Marjan Island Waterfront Development

UAE-based developer Ardee has officially commenced construction on its $545 million Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island and Fairmont Al Marjan Island Hotel, marking a major milestone for Ras Al Khaimah’s luxury waterfront real estate landscape.
