Aldar has announced the complete sell-out of its Waldorf Astoria Residences Yas on the day of launch, raking in AED 850 million (US$231.45 million) in sales. As Yas Island’s first branded residences, the project received overwhelming demand from both local and international buyers, showcasing the growing appetite for luxury, hospitality-led living in Abu Dhabi.
