A.R.M. Holding and BIG Unveil 5 Sq Km Masterplan Near Jebel Ali Racecourse

A.R.M. Holding has partnered with BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group to develop a transformative 5 sq km masterplan around Dubai’s historic Jebel Ali Racecourse, with construction starting in early 2026 as part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
