Palma Awards $206m Contract for West Residence Tower at Jumeirah Islands

Palma Development has awarded a $206 million construction contract to Khansaheb Civil Engineering for the West Residence, the first tower within the AED5 billion Serenia District at Jumeirah Islands, reinforcing confidence in Dubai’s premium residential market.

West Residence is a 46-storey tower and the first phase of the Serenia District masterplan.
Development forms part of the AED 5 billion Serenia District featuring six integrated towers.
