ORA Developers has officially started construction on Bayn, a 4.8-million-sq-m masterplanned coastal community in the Ghantoot region. Phase 1 will feature 805 premium villas and townhouses, complemented by resort-style amenities, a vibrant marina, and immersive waterfront experiences.
