LEOS Developments Launches AED5 Billion Masterplan Community in Dubai

LEOS Developments has unveiled a transformative master community in Dubai, marking its first large-scale master-planned development in the emirate. With a gross development value exceeding AED5 billion ($1.36 billion), the new community reflects a shared vision with Dubai Holding to deliver world-class, sustainable, and design-led neighbourhoods aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

Strategically positioned in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubailand, at the crossroads of Dubai-Al Ain Road (E66) and Emirates Road (E611), the development provides seamless connectivity to key destinations and is just 16 minutes from Downtown Dubai. The community offers residents the ideal balance of resort-style living, convenience, and wellbeing in one of the city’s fastest-growing districts.

Focused on wellness and environmental harmony, the masterplan features over 16,000 trees, botanical gardens, crystal-clear lagoons, and expansive green spaces. The first phase, Regent’s Park, will include a premium selection of three- to four-bedroom townhouses and five- to seven-bedroom villas. More than 800 luxury homes will be delivered, starting at AED1,600 per sq ft with an attractive 5% down payment.
