Palm Jebel Ali and Nad Al Sheba set to welcome 14,000 new homes under Dh38 billion partnership

Aldar Properties and Dubai Holding have expanded their strategic partnership to deliver nearly 14,000 new homes across Palm Jebel Ali and Nad Al Sheba, reinforcing confidence in Dubai’s long-term residential growth and urban vision.

• The expanded joint venture will deliver close to 14,000 new residential units in Dubai.
• Total development value exceeds Dh38 billion across two prime land plots.
• One project will be a family-oriented community near Nad Al Sheba, featuring apartments, townhouses, and villas.
• The Nad Al Sheba community is planned for launch in 2026 along Dubai’s eastern growth corridor.
• The second project will be a luxury waterfront development on Palm Jebel Ali.
• Palm Jebel Ali homes will include branded and non-branded residences with direct beach access.
• Sales for the Palm Jebel Ali development are expected to begin in 2027.
• Aldar will oversee the full development lifecycle, including design, construction, sales, and long-term asset management.
• The agreement strengthens Aldar’s development pipeline in Dubai to over 2.3 million sq m of gross floor area.
• Since the partnership began in 2023, the joint venture has achieved Dh21.5 billion in property sales.
