Karl Lagerfeld Unveils Luxury Beachfront Residences on Al Marjan Island

Fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld has partnered with AARK Developers to launch an ultra-luxury branded beachfront residential project on Al Marjan Island, reinforcing Ras Al Khaimah’s rise as a global lifestyle destination.

Karl Lagerfeld Residences announced after a signing ceremony in Paris on December 10.
Project valued at over US$1.4 billion, with completion targeted for 2028.
Development will deliver 663 sea-view residences, ranging from one- to four-bedroom homes.
Selected apartments to feature private pools and panoramic waterfront views.
Collection includes 20 podium villas, 10 sky villas and penthouses, and 11 beachfront villas.
Lifestyle amenities include signature cafés, fine dining restaurants, a destination beach club, and a sky bar with an infinity pool.
Private beachfront spanning approximately 1,000 feet, making it one of the largest branded beachfront projects in the emirate.
Project strengthens Al Marjan Island’s positioning ahead of the Wynn Al Marjan Island opening in 2027.
