Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) and Reit Development are set to transform the city’s tech landscape with the upcoming Crypto Tower, a blockchain-powered marvel designed to propel Dubai’s global leadership in emerging technologies.

• Innovative Design:
  A 17-storey tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, dedicated to blockchain, decentralised finance (DeFi), and Web3 enterprises.
• Blockchain Integration:
  Leveraging blockchain for real estate management, tenant ownership, smart contracts, and on-chain voting, ensuring transparency and security.
• Strategic Land Acquisition:
  Purchased in December 2021 for AED 16.5 million ($4.5 million), with all transactions recorded transparently on blockchain.
• Completion Timeline:
  Construction is set to finish by Q1 2027, with operations commencing soon after.

• Leasable Space:
  14,000 square metres across nine floors, tailored for innovation-driven companies.
