Overlooking Dubai Creek and Downtown Dubai, the AED 825 million ($225 million) project will feature 280 residences, luxury amenities, and a focus on sustainability, with completion expected by H1 2028.<\/p>\n<h3>Highlights:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Meraas unveils At\u00e9lis Tower, a 45-storey residential development in Dubai Design District (d3).<\/li>\n<li>The project is valued at AED 825 million ($225 million) and is set for completion in H1 2028.<\/li>\n<li>Designed by SOM, the architects behind Burj Khalifa, the tower includes 280 residences along the Creekside shoreline.<\/li>\n<li>Architecture inspired by the UAE desert flower, featuring curved, petal-like balconies for shade and sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>Residences include 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, three duplex sky villas, and two penthouses with double-height living areas.<\/li>\n<li>Offers views of Dubai Creek, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and Downtown Dubai.<\/li>\n<li>Three floors of amenities, including co-working spaces, entertainment rooms, a children&#8217;s learning area, spa, gym, infinity pool, lounges, and outdoor gardens.<\/li>\n<li>Part of d3\u2019s expansion plan, which includes six new Grade-A office buildings and 500,000+ sq. ft. of gross leasable space.<\/li>\n<li>Aligned with Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, focusing on wellness and sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>At\u00e9lis at d3 is situated within one of the world\u2019s top creative hubs, home to designers, studios, and entrepreneurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled At\u00e9lis at d3, a 45-storey architectural marvel designed by SOM.
