  • Phase 1 Launch<\/strong>: The project has kicked off under stringent ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) guidelines, highlighting Shurooq\u2019s commitment to preserving Sharjah\u2019s heritage and traditions.<\/li>\n
  • Restoration and Sustainability:<\/strong> Collaborating with the Sharjah Infrastructure Development Authority (Mubadara), we are meticulously restoring the village using high-quality materials.This approach respects the community\u2019s architectural history and integrates seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, offering a compelling destination for modern travelers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
