The initiative aims to strengthen Emirati participation in Dubai\u2019s thriving property sector through training, mentorship and entrepreneurship support.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Highlights<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Dubai Land Department launched the second phase of the Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme<\/li>\n<li>The initiative aims to attract 25 additional Emirati participants<\/li>\n<li>Registration for the programme remains open until May 25<\/li>\n<li>The programme supports UAE nationals in establishing real estate brokerage companies<\/li>\n<li>Participants will receive six months of specialised industry training<\/li>\n<li>Training covers legal, operational, financial and marketing aspects of brokerage businesses<\/li>\n<li>The programme includes education on artificial intelligence and property technology<\/li>\n<li>Professional standards and real estate ethics form part of the training curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Participants will gain mentorship and practical business guidance<\/li>\n<li>Networking opportunities with developers and industry stakeholders will be provided<\/li>\n<li>The initiative is delivered in partnership with Dubai Silicon Oasis<\/li>\n<li>New Economy Academy is supporting programme delivery and entrepreneurship development<\/li>\n<li>Rochester Institute of Technology Dubai is also participating in the initiative<\/li>\n<li>The first phase attracted strong interest from Emirati entrepreneurs<\/li>\n<li>Dubai Land Department highlighted the strong potential of Emirati talent in real estate<\/li>\n<li>The programme supports sustainable UAE-led brokerage business models<\/li>\n<li>The initiative aligns with Dubai\u2019s diversified and knowledge-based economic vision<\/li>\n<li>Dubai\u2019s property market continues attracting strong local and international investment<\/li>\n<li>Residential, commercial and luxury property segments continue recording healthy demand<\/li>\n<li>The programme reinforces Dubai\u2019s commitment to entrepreneurship and long-term real estate growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dubai Land Department has launched the second phase of its Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme to support UAE nationals in establishing locally owned brokerage firms.
