Emaar Achieves 22% Surge in Property Sales, Reaching Dh61 Billion in First Nine Months of 2025

Tuesday, 11 November 2025

Emaar Properties PJSC, one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, has reported exceptional results for the first nine months of 2025, with property sales rising 22% year-on-year to Dh61 billion ($16.6 billion). The company’s revenue backlog also climbed to Dh150.3 billion ($41 billion) — nearly 50% higher than last year, reflecting sustained investor confidence, strong project delivery, and robust demand for Emaar’s developments across Dubai.

During the period, revenue reached Dh33.1 billion ($9 billion), marking a 39% year-on-year increase, while EBITDA rose 32% to Dh16.6 billion ($4.5 billion). Net profit before tax also recorded a solid growth of 35%, reaching Dh16.7 billion ($4.5 billion).

Emaar attributed this success to steady demand for new projects, recurring revenue streams from hospitality and retail operations, and disciplined financial management.

Founder Mohamed Alabbar highlighted that Emaar’s performance reflects the strength of the UAE’s economy and the company’s ability to anticipate and adapt to market trends.

“Every achievement during this period is the result of understanding market dynamics, responding swiftly, and staying ahead of expectations,” said Alabbar.

Strong Development Performance

Emaar’s flagship communities — Dubai Hills Estate, The Oasis, Rashid Yachts & Marina, Dubai Creek Harbour, and The Valley — continued to deliver outstanding results. Property sales in the UAE reached Dh52.9 billion ($14.4 billion), representing a 10% increase over 2024.

The group’s UAE development backlog stood at Dh130 billion ($35.4 billion) as of September 30, 2025, ensuring strong future revenue visibility.

In line with its commitment to luxury innovation, Emaar announced Emaar Hills, an ultra-premium community adjacent to Dubai Hills Estate. The development will feature “Dubai Mansions”, offering refined architectural design, world-class amenities, and panoramic views — further reinforcing Emaar’s position as a leader in high-end real estate.
