Dubai’s property market achieved a landmark month in November 2025, posting $17.63 billion in sales — a 49.5% annual increase in value. Strong momentum across apartments, villas, plots and commercial assets highlights the city’s thriving investor confidence and sustained market strength heading into 2026.

- Sales rose from 11,533 to 15,903 transactions.
- Value jumped from AED 21.1bn to AED 32.1bn ($8.75bn).

- Recorded 2,078 transactions, worth AED 13.2bn ($3.6bn).

- Transactions increased from 360 to 646, with sales value reaching AED 2.3bn ($626m).

- Sales value more than doubled to AED 17.1bn ($4.66bn).
