Dubai’s property market achieved a landmark month in November 2025, posting $17.63 billion in sales — a 49.5% annual increase in value. Strong momentum across apartments, villas, plots and commercial assets highlights the city’s thriving investor confidence and sustained market strength heading into 2026.

  • 19,016 total transactions, marking a 30.9% increase vs November 2024.
  • Sales value reached AED 64.7bn ($17.63bn) — 49.5% higher year-on-year.
  • Average price per sq ft rose to AED 1,755 ($479).
  • Strong performance across apartments, villas, commercial units, and plots.

Breakdown by Property Type (YoY)

Apartments

  • Sales rose from 11,533 to 15,903 transactions.
  • Value jumped from AED 21.1bn to AED 32.1bn ($8.75bn).

Villas

  • Recorded 2,078 transactions, worth AED 13.2bn ($3.6bn).

Commercial Assets

  • Transactions increased from 360 to 646, with sales value reaching AED 2.3bn ($626m).

Plots

  • Sales value more than doubled to AED 17.1bn ($4.66bn).
