Dubai Launches First PropTech Hub in MEASA Region to Support 200 Startups by 2030

Dubai has taken a bold leap toward transforming its real estate sector with the launch of the region’s first PropTech innovation hub. The initiative—the Dubai PropTech Hub—has been launched under the directives of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, in a landmark partnership between the DIFC Innovation Hub and the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
