Arada has announced a new milestone for its AED35 billion Aljada community in Sharjah, awarding a AED145 million contract to build a state-of-the-art sports park designed to promote wellness and active living.
Key Highlights:
- AED145 million contract awarded to Dubai-based Civic Builders Trading & Contracting LLC
- 400,000 sq. ft. landscaped sports complex featuring football, basketball, padel tennis, volleyball, squash & badminton courts
- Includes cycling and jogging tracks, water play area, and adventure zones for kids
- Two F&B outlets, including the Reformatory Lab from Australia, with convenient underground parking
- Completion and handover expected by end of 2026
- Aljada spans 24 million sq. ft. with 25,000 homes, setting new standards for community living in Sharjah
