Sobha Realty has unveiled Sobha AquaCrest, the next residential cluster in its $20bn Downtown UAQ masterplan in Umm Al Quwain. Featuring luxury beachfront apartments, duplexes, and sustainable design, the development sets a new benchmark for coastal living while integrating lifestyle, wellness, and cultural experiences.

Sobha AquaCrest launch: Second residential cluster within Downtown UAQ, spanning five towers with 1–3 bedroom apartments and duplexes.
Completion timeline: Scheduled handover by June 2029.
