Dubai’s real estate and tourism future is set to reach new heights, with major expansions announced at Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai Design District (d3). As part of a strategic collaboration between Dubai Holding and Select Group, along with Emirates Strategic Investments Company LLC (ESIC), these two iconic locations will see enhanced residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

Palm Jebel Ali: Luxury Living by the Sea

• Dubai Holding’s first land sale at Palm Jebel Ali with a third-party developer – Select Group.
• The project will include high-end residential and hospitality units.
• Palm Jebel Ali spans 13.4 km across seven islands, featuring:
  • 16 fronds
  • Over 90 km of beachfront
  • Mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly neighbourhoods
  • Panoramic Arabian Gulf views
• Described as the new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali area.
• Project aligns with Dubai’s vision to be a world-class waterfront destination.
• CEO Khalid Al Malik (Dubai Holding) remarked the development would “set new standards in luxury residential and hospitality experiences.”

Dubai Design District (d3): A Global Creative Hub Reinvented

• A large-scale mixed-use project will be launched at d3.
• The destination aims to blend culture, innovation, and urban living.
• Home to global design talent and part of UNESCO’s Creative Cities of Design.
• Offers views of the Dubai skyline and Burj Khalifa.
• Will serve as a dynamic, immersive environment for global residents and creatives.
• Rahail Aslam, Chairman of Select Group, noted both locations align with the brand’s ethos: “waterfront location, quality, sophistication, and long-term value creation.”
