Meraas Launches $225M Atélis Tower at Dubai Design District

Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled Atélis at d3, a 45-storey architectural marvel designed by SOM. Overlooking Dubai Creek and Downtown Dubai, the AED 825 million ($225 million) project will feature 280 residences, luxury amenities, and a focus on sustainability, with completion expected by H1 2028.

Residences include 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, three duplex sky villas, and two penthouses with double-height living areas.
Offers views of Dubai Creek, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and Downtown Dubai.
Three floors of amenities, including co-working spaces, entertainment rooms, a children’s learning area, spa, gym, infinity pool, lounges, and outdoor gardens.
Part of d3’s expansion plan, which includes six new Grade-A office buildings and 500,000+ sq. ft. of gross leasable space.
Aligned with Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, focusing on wellness and sustainability.
