BEYOND Developments has unveiled The Yards, a landmark AED 4 billion master-planned community in Dubai’s City of Arabia, marking the developer’s first inland destination in the UAE. Spanning 2.3 million square feet, the nature-inspired development will feature 1,560 residences, expansive green spaces, and a lifestyle-focused environment designed to support Dubai’s long-term urban growth vision.
