Dubai Land Department has launched the second phase of its Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme to support UAE nationals in establishing locally owned brokerage firms. The initiative aims to strengthen Emirati participation in Dubai’s thriving property sector through training, mentorship and entrepreneurship support.
