Aldar and DMT Partner to Develop 20 Million Sqm of Integrated Communities in Abu Dhabi

Aldar and the Department of Municipalities and Transport have announced a landmark partnership to deliver more than 20 million square metres of integrated mixed-use communities across Abu Dhabi. The initiative will support housing expansion, sustainable urban planning, and enhanced quality of life through walkable neighbourhoods, green spaces, and modern lifestyle infrastructure.
