Blockwork has reached 64% completion, while internal plastering stands at 37%, indicating steady progress across interior finishing stages.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works are progressing well, with HVAC systems at 21% and MEP installations at 31%, supporting timely project execution.
Beach Oasis II will feature a total of 694 residential units, including 452 studios, 209 one-bedroom, and 33 two-bedroom apartments, catering to a wide range of residents and investors.
