Arada Awards $555 Million Contracts for 14 New Residential Buildings at Aljada

Arada has awarded AED2.04 billion ($555 million) in construction contracts for 14 new apartment buildings at the vibrant Aljada. The project will deliver 2,210 new homes and further expand one of the largest lifestyle destinations in Sharjah, with completion scheduled for Q2 2028.

The development will add 2,210 modern homes across 14 apartment blocks, supporting the continued growth of the master-planned community.
Construction will take place over 26 months, with all buildings scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2028.
Five Nesba buildings on East Boulevard and five Safa buildings on West Boulevard will be constructed by China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group Co, part of the global infrastructure leader China Railway Group.
The Gate 3–6 residential buildings have been awarded to Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al Kharafi and Sons, a well-established contractor with extensive regional project experience.
Apartments will range from one-bedroom units to spacious four-bedroom homes, designed to suit a wide range of residents and families.
Smart home technologies will be integrated across all units, enhancing convenience and modern living standards.
The new residential clusters will be delivered alongside major lifestyle destinations including Madar Mall and the Arada Central Business District.
Nesba and Safa communities are located beside Aljada’s upcoming landmark sports park, a 400,000-sq-ft landscaped complex featuring football fields, padel courts, cycling tracks and family recreation areas.
Nearby educational institutions include SABIS International School – Aljada and Raffles World Academy Aljada, enhancing the community’s family-friendly appeal.
The Aljada master development spans 24 million square feet and will feature over 25,000 homes, along with retail, hospitality, office and wellness facilities.
The community already hosts around 20,000 residents and enjoys strategic connectivity to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Al Dhaid Road, and Sharjah International Airport.
