Wynn Bridge Nears Key Milestone as Connectivity Boosts Access to Al Marjan Island

Ras Al Khaimah’s landmark Wynn Al Marjan Island project continues to advance, with the 548-metre Wynn Bridge nearing halfway completion and the signature tower reaching full structural height ahead of the resort’s 2027 opening.

- The 548-metre Wynn Bridge linking Al Marjan Island to E311 and E611 is 48% complete.
- Nine out of ten supporting bridge columns are already in place.
- Bridge completion is scheduled for late 2026, ahead of the resort’s Spring 2027 launch.
- Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the UAE’s first integrated resort of its kind.
- The 71-storey signature tower has topped out at 299 metres, becoming one of the tallest in the Northern Emirates.
- Façade installation is progressing rapidly, with over 83% of panels completed.
- All 1,530 rooms, suites, townhouses, and Marina Estates have reached full structural completion.
- The resort will span over 60 hectares and feature 22 dining venues, 12 swimming pools, luxury retail, a marina for superyachts, and a grand theatre.
- Coral Court will provide a bespoke venue for premium events and performances.
- “Oasis: A Wynn Community,” a dedicated residential development for more than 7,000 employees, is set to open in Summer 2026.
