Taraf and Masdar City unveil Fay Hills sustainable residential masterplan

Taraf and Masdar City have partnered to launch Fay Hills, a 153-acre design-led residential masterplan in Abu Dhabi focused on sustainability, wellness, and human-centred living.

Key Highlights:

Fay Hills spans 153 acres within Masdar City, Abu Dhabi’s flagship sustainable urban district
Developed by Taraf (Yas Holding) in partnership with Masdar City
Masterplan features four interconnected residential villages
Green corridors, landscaped parks, shaded walkways, and water features form the community spine
Emphasis on walkability, wellness, and indoor–outdoor living
Fay Gardens launched as Phase One of the development
Fay Gardens covers 33 acres and introduces 130 premium 4–6 bedroom villas
Villas are organised around three signature parks: Terra, Aria, and Azura
Design philosophy focuses on calm living, sustainability, and community interaction
